He was friendly, polite, efficient and knowledgeable about the washer dryer combo. . My washer was fixed in no time at all. I just wish we could have shorter appt. Times to wait for our service. That has nothing to do with Randy or any of the other servicemen personally .

Stove burner knob issue.
Yuriy identified the issue with the burner knob and corrected. We learned the the four burner knobs on our Samsung stove are prone to the shaft failing. Three of our four knobs have cracks in the shafts. Unfortunately the cost of replacing those four would be close to a thousand dollars and of course they are not covered by the warranty.
