I've had dozens and dozens of technicians in just the past year and Yugen is by far the most professional and knowledgeable and downright kind and nice person that has entered my house to fix an appliance. I was beyond frustrated with either repetitive no-show appointments or rude, nasty technicians that acted like doing their job was a huge bother. Yugen restored my faith in humanity, and in Sears services. He should be given an award a raise, and a promotion.
