We are very pleased with Sears Home Services. The technician, Manuel, was professional and polite. He took care of the problem with our dishwasher. This service was prompt. The dryer was completely cleaned where we cannot see. The dryer just needed a new fuse. The machine is a good model and worth the repair. It is 21 yrs old. It would have cost twice as much to buy a new dryer. We are very pleased!!! Our repairman was extremely nice!!!We are so thrilled you had a 5-star experience. I waited over 30 days for a cooling system/compressor repair to an essential household appliance (refrigerator) barely 2 years old. Customer service was terrible and the focus was on selling their warranty instead of my concerns regarding spoiling food and cancelled appointments. I was told that it would be covered under the Manufacturer warranty but I was charged $586 in fees.
