Jim did a great job. He analyzed and explained the issues, corrected them and was very professional. The scheduling was an issue. We needed the tech to come before a certain time. There seems to be no way to get that done. Our Tech, Jim, came during the time period we required, however, that was by chance. He was never notified of our specific scheduling need.
