Tech AJ had a great attitude: tried to understand the (mysterious) problem with my Kenmore washer, did a lot of trouble-shooting, suggested a way forward, kept the ticket open and then called back at the end of the day for final decision.Dear Caroline, Thank you for sharing your great rating!
