    Tech AJ had a great attitude: tried to understand the (mysterious) problem with my Kenmore washer, did a lot of trouble-shooting, suggested a way forward, kept the ticket open and then called back at the end of the day for final decision.

  9. Part needed to finish job is on back order haven’t heard anything from any one as to when that might be available
