Thomas called me early the day of the service, which was along with the email and text notifications from Sears Home Services. Thomas did a great job diagnosing my refrigerator problem. We also signed up for the cleaning service. Thomas was thorough and courteous. He shared the reason behind the needed repair as well as tips to keep the refrigerator running well.

Paul was great but no fix and even a bigger problem occured
Our GE Monogram stove front burners were acting up yellow and simmer feature malfuntioning. Paul soon found out the two problem propane gas valves were no longer available parts. During his inspection of these values he inserted a screw into the wrong hole which resulted in also damageing the gas ignitor. Now gas could pass through that burner ungnited and cause possible explosion in the home. Now we must replace the entire stove as it is a serious hazard. Does Sears Home Services have insurance on its work to help us cover the cost of this bigger problem? Please advise.
