Having trouble with my LG dishwasher technician came out. Let me know what was going on very kind gentlemen the fact that I was late and he waited for me which was very sweet. I would definitely call them again if I have a problem.

The ad on internet says they come immediately. When I called, the woman worked hard to sell me their monthly maintenance plan, then she tried hard to sell me extra services. It took 3days for them to look at the problem appliance and had to order the part. I told them the part and they had the model and make information. Took a total of 8 days for the service man to spend a total of less than an hour over the 2 visits to replace the small part for over $500. Way over priced! Glad I didn’t get sucked into their expensive monthly plan to have then take over a week to replace the inexpensive part for a huge amount.

Vladimir was excellent! He was on time, very friendly, and explained what he had found. While he was getting the part allowed me time to get in behind the dryer and inside to vacuum. As my washer & dryer set is older he told me what to look out for in the future. Thank you so much Vladimir!
