After having to reschedule this appointment multiple times and the horrible attention paid to my tech notes that i left on every appointment the technician that came made me pay an additional fee of 139.59 even after showing him the receipt showing that clearly stated i paid parts and labor and refused to do any work until after i paid his labor fee. I would like a call back from a manager as i have requested several times and a full refund on this poor experienceKelly, we are sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience with Sears. Technician came out and replaced a part and left but didn't stay to see if the washer he was working on was actually working. The technician was in my house 5 minutes. Said to expensive to repair. I was told price was $129.00 and was charged more.
