AHHH! A quiet dryer!!!
I set up a repair call and was asked if I wanted a virtual call to try to expedite the repair. I agreed to it, as the last time it worked quite well! Took the call a few minutes later, and the tech had a repair kit sent to me. Jorge showed up today, checked the noise, found the parts to be just what he needed, and shoftly after had it fixed! I was skeptical about someone diagnosing virtually, but the 2 techs I dealt were 'spot on', and no waiting for a part and a 2nd trip yo put it in! Saves their time, and mine! And, I found out those techs are former repairmen, with bad knees, backs, etc, but a wealth of experience that SHS is tapping into! Bravo, SHS! Lots of other companies could be utilizing the knowledge of their retirees for everyones benefit, too!
