Gas dryer, Kenmore, getting fussy, would not start. (like me) The start button was stuck. Derrick unstuck it and checked everything else about the dryer. Technician was very good. I paid the bill via my phone buy did not get a copy of my paid bill. I just spent nearly an hour on the phone, passed to 3 different people, to be told I’ll get a copy emailed to me in three days!Hi there! Following a new drum replacement on Dec 12, a video from my management company still shows a loud thumping happening, much like before the drum replacement.
