    My husband and I receives both very good service and advice from the sears technician who came to repair our water heater. I am also impressed by the chat line available which makes it so much easier to help report problems and get help.

  2. STIFFED AGAIN!

    Took off work...waited ALL day for a technician to arrive, didn't use the phone number we put for text updates and called and said he was on his way and never showed. We got an email saying we were rescheduled the next day. The next day I got an email saying we were scheduled for the following day. It took getting a supervisor and lots of wrangling on the phone explaining this has happened to us several times to get someone to come out. He was good and professional when he did come out (*different guy than the one who said he was on his way and never showed up). I've used Sears for 40 years and only bought their appliances. Its so disappointing. They are trying to improve their service - but this is inexcusable.

    I scheduled a visit to find out what was wrong with my 6 year old dryer. The repairman was pleasant, on time and fixed everything I had noticed plus two things I had not. He went above and beyond what I expected.

  8. The repair guy is never welcome to my home again.

    This is the 2 nd service guy to my house in 3 days. There was a problem with the vent going outside, but neither service guy could explain that to me in a way that was understandable. Had the first service guy explained it correctly, the 2nd service guy would not have been needed.
