He was very good I couldn’t believe all the lint in my dryer he helped me out by explaining things I should do to keep my dryer in good condition and to keep my family safe.Thank you we appreciate it.

My tech Alvin was great. Cannot say the same thing for sears automated systems. Trying to communicate with sears is incredibly frustrating. They don't even know where their own parts are. Pushed my repair date out three times saying my parts would not arrive in time, while they had already been delivered to my home. They need a better system for communication.
