  7. Ice maker replacement

    The technician did a good job. He did have to read the instructions included in the ice maker a little longer than I would have thought necessary for a seasoned person. Also I received a receipt that looked as though he had documented that he serviced our washer and dryer. I assure you he did not.

    Initial service was prompt and on time. Parts had to be ordered to be installed one week later. It was then discovered that wrong part was sent which delayed installation another few days. Once repair finished everything works fine.

  10. worst service we have ever had

    we have been having problems since Dec.2,2019 and the repair men can't seem to know what is wrong, put new vaparator in and the freezer and frig both stop working(was just the frig at first.) Maint . men has been here 3 times and won't be back until Dec.26, now we have to go through Christmas without a frig.I don't see where that is good service.
