Michael Wright gets a 5 star review. Great technician. This service request was done on June 22. Michael was the second technician to come here. The first one ordered a drum that was delivered bent and unusable. Another was ordered. The second drum was delivered 2 weeks before the technician was scheduled to come back. On the August 9 visit Michael found the problem was misdiagnosed from day one. Luckily Michael had the needed part on his truck and got the dryer running as it should. A service request submitted on June 22 and completed on August 9 is very POOR service. That is 48 days to repair a clothes dryer. My wife an l are 75 years old and need our appliances operating. Not acceptable for us to wait 48 days for a repair request to be completed. We have been married over 55 years and have used Sears appliances the whole time. Things will change now since Sears stores have closed. The Sears brand has always provided great products and service. Hope the service improves.

Luther arrived, assessed the issue, replaced icemaker with new one. Removed freezer plasric floor covering and cleaned cone-shaped fan area and put all parts back together. It was a good repair service experience. Again, thank you Luther !
