Jake was on time, polite and professional. No faults were found and at that time, but as soon as he left the washer would not power up, no display . I want this corrected but I do not want to pay for another service call. I have been waiting all day after rescheduling for the 14th, can not wait all day and unable to contact a person at sears repair. I have been disconnected 5 times and my schedule appt has chgd 2 times with time period from 3 am to 12 pm? Please have someone contact me by phone

The repair man himself was great, however, the website is flawed in that you can’t see accurate details about where your technician is. We were told he would be there between 9:55-11:30 and he did not arrive until after 1:30. No delays were communicated, and I could not get a real perosn on the phone or through the chat so that was slightly frustrating. Overall the service was great but communication was poor.

I went on Sears' website at 9am Thursday to schedule an appointment. There was a choice to have an appointment to service my washer today between 9-5. While I am inputting my information the date changes to Monday. I do not wish to have a washing machine with standing water for 5 days so I called the 800 number on the website to find out what happened. It's just a bot recording. I use the chat feature and it circles back to nowhere. I call the local number and it connects to the same automatic bot. There is there zero way to reach an actual person. There is zero troubleshooting. There must have been quite a few people that have asked for customer service on the bot because one of their designated responses is "there is no way to speak to a live agent, I can only handle automatic appointments." If there's no one that cares enough to speak with a customer, there's no one that cares enough to keep a customer.

Sears company keeps rescheduling my appointments the parts been here since February 6th almost a month been off work waiting for them to come…my foot is broken between 8-5 everyday they haven’t came. This is ridiculous!!! Do better sears yall took the money and haven’t showed up to my home yet.

They have come out three times now. We’re on our 4 th now!! This fourth time the technician finally ordered a part. Hopefully that fixes it but honestly I have little to no faith your company can actually fix anything. So I sit here for 2 MONTHS unable to do laundry with the same problem!!!! None of your phone numbers take you to a human just a AI bot that keeps repeating do you want to make an appointment. Plus you keep sending me messages to do a virtual visit on my phone, I am BEDBOUND disabled and CANNOT walk to or stand by my washer! And this is in the notes but you keep doing it anyway. How INSENSITIVE!

Not only did I have to wait 2 weeks because they kept rescheduling me, once someone finally came out, they didn’t fix my washer and didn’t want to call American home shield bc they were ready to get home, so asked me to do it but decided to put in that they fixed it, even though they didn’t. And now I’m stuck with still no washer and having to deal with whatever is gonna happen now.

I booked the appointment two days prior with a terrible automated service. Was given a 9 hour window to expect a technician, with no updates on time or estimated time. My wife sat around the house for the entire 9 hours waiting for Jimmy B, who never showed up. When I got home at 7:00PM there was an estimated time of 6:57PM to 7:27PM which was well outside of my 9 hour window. It’s 8:15PM and I haven’t gotten a text, updated appointment information, apology call, nothing. Dont waste your time scheduling, call a real person or a better company to get your appliances fixed. I’d absolutely give 0 starts if I could.

The service person did not check anything on the dryer but quoted me a price way more than a new dryer by the problem it was having. I tend to believe this is how your company operates as a whole. Turns out the things he said were wrong were not the problem. So what then, he says it's also another part and now wants additional money which would probably be as much as 2 dryers. I'll never use service appliance repair again. I am actually considering filing a complaint with law enforcement.

I put a good review up initially think my dryer was fixed; but within two of the first technician coming out I had to call them again. They claimed that this visit would be of no charge but that was a lie. The service man came out and didn't know what he was doing. He stated that he was going to escalate that problem to his boss to come by and do the service. That never happened! He stated that around Nov 4, 2025. His boss still hasn't came out to fix the problem. We ended up calling another more reputable company to come out and fix the problem. To add insult to this situation we received a bill as if they had completed the job. I have been trying to contact the company and can only receive Ai's. Save your self from a headache and go with another company!!!!!!
