Two techs, 1st tech did the evaluation, ordered the parts, and scheduled the follow up. The parts arrived via Amazon and the 2nd tech installed the parts with speed and efficiency! I would highly recommend these professional service team!

Very nice technician, worked hard to try to repair. Assurance just kept making her try things and that was frustrating but technician was wonderful. All was done under warranty coverage.
