I’m posting on behalf of my MIL Gayle Hausman. Our repair man, Jimmy was extremely helpful, friendly, professional, and a joy to work with. He made sure to tidy up after himself as well which is always a plus. He ensured when he went to his truck the cats didn’t get out and was very respectful not only to us but also to our home.

The AI support seriously sucks. After talking to the technician, Scott, it sounds like sears changed how the techs receive info also. So sears… go back to the way it was! Scott was a great tech to fix our fridge.
