Technician was great. However, the app and scheduling, I would rate a one Not the technician’s fault, but someone should really look at the logistics of this process. Took me three times scheduling an appointment to actually get someone to show up. The technician never even knew anything about the appointments which I screenshot it and shared with him. There is a huge disconnect.
