Jimmy was great, however your AI scheduler is as inadequate. It took four different days over a period of a month to fix my Microwave. Suggest that a hard look at the system. I also feel that a human will not see this post and it will be an AI response. When I called the AI told me she knew how I felt about the rescheduling, really. Hope I don’t have to use Sears Service again but with warranty there is nothing I can do.

Scot is great. Service warranty is awful. Had a Kenmore fridge replaced with a. LG. Nothing wrong with Kenmore. Moved to garage to make room for new refrigerator. Within 10 days both refrigerators went out. Scheduled repair on both. Only one work order on the Kenmore. I have 7 people living with 2 dead refrigerators. Let's see if after yet another delay til the 25th this home warranty can do what it says. Oh, the LG. Is under extended warranty and they couldn't get a work order done the first time.

Labor cost are so high, might as well buy new dishwasher. If I knew the labor was too much when making appointment, I would be $119 better off.

The whole process is surrounding AI, very difficult to navigate/get updated, can never reach a “live agent,” and our technician never showed, so I would not recommend this place. We scheduled a service for a washer repair on a Wednesday. The window was 8am-5pm for the technician to show. A very wide window… but they send you a link to track the progress of when the technician might show, but half of the time it never worked or the window time still showed 8am-5pm. We were also supposed to get a text or call about our technician’s arrive time but never got any notification. It got closer to 5pm when the link finally updated saying the arrive time was 6:30pm. That was never communicated with me that he was running late. Gets to 9pm and, well, he never showed. It was overall a very frustrating experience because nothing was communicated to us and we had to jump through loopholes to get a “live agent” for them to tell us to reschedule for the following week…

I cannot rate the technician because he never showed. He also would not answer my phone calls instead he sent me to voicemail multiple times and canceled my appointment.

He didn’t do nothing but tell me my refrigerator was out of warranty and they don’t makes parts for it anymore We ordered apart from a1 and put it in ourselves working very goods we want our money back A refund please

John himself nice man. Thought he had fixed the problem, but had not. Immediately called Sears at approximate 12:00. Was informed tech had been contacted and would return within a couple of hours. It is now 5. Called Sears back and they have NO open service order and told me I would have to contact my home warranty company and open new contract. So sick of this unnecessary nonsense. Now no washing machine for ANOTHER week.
