I used the online appointment making system at about 6:30am for same day service, and my tech, John, came out by 11:30! I had no issues with scheduling at all, and John was great!

I’m rating our technician with 5 stars but Sears with only 1. Both Sears Home Services and LG took a ridiculously long time to effect the needed repairs to our new range… 2 1/2 months total! Both companies are extremely difficult to communicate with. There is ZERO option to speak to a human with Sears. LG America was good at first but then stopped responding during the last 3 weeks of the process. I’m disappointed to say the least!
