There's been 3 different calls to have my oven fixed and it still doesn't work. John B. Said that it may be a wrong part. It's 3 weeks away from Thanksgiving and I can't use my oven. I filed another claim but so far haven't heard from this company as to when they will be back to fix my oven. I'm not happy.

Service was excellent! Jimmy is a very competent, knowledgeable and friendly professional. Before leaving he cleaned up everything and carried it outside to the trash can. I would highly recommend your service to anyone. Great job Jimmy, you are so appreciated.
