Jake was on time, polite and professional. No faults were found and at that time, but as soon as he left the washer would not power up, no display . I want this corrected but I do not want to pay for another service call. I have been waiting all day after rescheduling for the 14th, can not wait all day and unable to contact a person at sears repair. I have been disconnected 5 times and my schedule appt has chgd 2 times with time period from 3 am to 12 pm? Please have someone contact me by phone

The repair man himself was great, however, the website is flawed in that you can’t see accurate details about where your technician is. We were told he would be there between 9:55-11:30 and he did not arrive until after 1:30. No delays were communicated, and I could not get a real perosn on the phone or through the chat so that was slightly frustrating. Overall the service was great but communication was poor.

Jimmy was great, however your AI scheduler is as inadequate. It took four different days over a period of a month to fix my Microwave. Suggest that a hard look at the system. I also feel that a human will not see this post and it will be an AI response. When I called the AI told me she knew how I felt about the rescheduling, really. Hope I don’t have to use Sears Service again but with warranty there is nothing I can do.

Scot is great. Service warranty is awful. Had a Kenmore fridge replaced with a. LG. Nothing wrong with Kenmore. Moved to garage to make room for new refrigerator. Within 10 days both refrigerators went out. Scheduled repair on both. Only one work order on the Kenmore. I have 7 people living with 2 dead refrigerators. Let's see if after yet another delay til the 25th this home warranty can do what it says. Oh, the LG. Is under extended warranty and they couldn't get a work order done the first time.
