I called Sears to fix my daughter's washing machine when was visiting my new grandbaby. As you can imagine, having a new born and a broken washer is not ideal. Scott came out and took care of things promptly (same day I called), professionally, and was extremely kind. He showed true character and knowledge of what he was doing.
