My Sears Home Service tech was Maia. She came to diagnose the problem with our refrigerator did an outstanding job of finding and explaining the complex problem with our fridge. She was very persistent in her efforts to diagnose the failure and determine a way forward. When she determined the problem, she was Frank and straightforward as to our options. In the end, we determined that the failure with the fridge was terminal and that I would have to buy a new one. Great job.

He came and told me what was wrong and gave me a quote to fix it and I refused so I just paid the $119 service fee.

Scott examined all our appliances during this maintenance visit and only had to calibrate our oven's temperature. He found everything else to be in good working order. He and his trainee were here about 90 minutes and we are confident that our appliances are in good working order! This was a maintenance visit under our old policy and service costs were included in our annual fee. Our future policy will require $100 service call fee and no maintenance calls will be provided. Thank you, Scott, for this last service call!
