Your service was prompt but expensive. The service call was normal but the price for the part was way to expensive. I believe I could have gotten the part for far less.

Was Very nice and competent fixing our freezer. On time

Maia did very well. She told me the problem was the coil heater. I have had problem with this freezer for several months. The thermostat was replaced in March, 2026. It still would not freeze my food. After two months, I called Sears repair again. I paid $513 + for the March visit and $119 again in May; it was going to cost another $700+- to replace the heater. I decided to just forget about this freezer. I think I should be refunded the amount I paid in March that did not fix the problem. Sears used to make good products, but not this time.
