Scott Morris is an excellent technician and knows his job well. He’s very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful of our property. The problem with Sears Home Services isn’t the technician. It’s the AI or the company canceling appointments and not letting you know. No fault of the technician. Hard to actually talk to a person. When I did get a live person he was in SE Asia. 🙄 With that said I definitely appreciate Scott and his great work on our refrigerator. He’s a 5 ⭐️ Thanks Scott
