My technician was very nice and courteous. He did an awesome job. I would recommend him because he does a real good job easy efficient. He knows what he’s doing. I give him five stars. Make sure to ask if there was any questions that he needed to answer for me, he made sure I felt good about the service. to sum it up and in one word, he was an awesome technician I hope your company is proud to have him as a worker. He knows his job and he does a good job in a time limit. He comes well equipped again. He was an awesome technician and I give him five stars.

I called Sears to fix my daughter's washing machine when was visiting my new grandbaby. As you can imagine, having a new born and a broken washer is not ideal. Scott came out and took care of things promptly (same day I called), professionally, and was extremely kind. He showed true character and knowledge of what he was doing.
