Would have given a 5 but had difficulty with filling out info on web page that requested it. Service person was prompt and quickly discovered the problem and repaired it. Would have liked about a 15 min notice prior to arrival.

Repair tech was capable and noteworthy as far as the service work but neglected to call in the morning to give an approx. time. I waited all damn day and he called at 4:30pm the first time then 4:45 pm the second time. I was disappointed in the comm. Dept.

At first I rated technician as 5, but when I heard about his false finding the real rating is TWO. They have it to where you can't contact the technician to ask questions about his findings. Bad business!!!!!

I felt like this was a scam. I don’t think he knew how to fix it. Last time I use sears. He could have attempted to help me release the water. I paid 119 for nothing!!!

120$ for these people to walk in and tell me they can’t do anything and then walk right out within about five minutes of time…… I would recommend trying to call someone local Who is More interested in doing everything they can to help instead of just getting a quick dollar….

I recently had one of the worst customer service experiences with this washing machine repair company. I was seeking an estimate to repair some cosmetic damages on my washer and dryer, which were accidentally damaged during my move. Since I needed this estimate for my insurance claim, I was willing to pay their fee of $120, which is quite steep for just an estimate. When I asked them to fill out a form required by my insurance company, the response was shockingly rude. The technician raised his voice and became aggressive, which left me feeling completely disrespected in my own home. I had no choice but to ask him to leave. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are not only unprofessional but also cross the line into unacceptable behavior. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for appliance repair services.
