Scott examined all our appliances during this maintenance visit and only had to calibrate our oven's temperature. He found everything else to be in good working order. He and his trainee were here about 90 minutes and we are confident that our appliances are in good working order! This was a maintenance visit under our old policy and service costs were included in our annual fee. Our future policy will require $100 service call fee and no maintenance calls will be provided. Thank you, Scott, for this last service call!

Service tech was very knowledgeable and courteous. He identified a problem that was the cause of the LG thin dryer lost of power. I would use sears appliance repair again if this is how they do business. Since the machine was still under warranty there was no cost to me.
