Kamron was polite and knowledgeable. He did the repairs in a timely manner and attempted to assist with a second issue. Would have been 5 star but his boss that came last time was a little more knowledgeable. It’s nothing that Kamron won’t improve over time. The service is way overpriced for the amount of time it takes to replace an ice maker. I watched and could probably do that myself now. It’s basically “plug and play”. I feel like the labor cost was worse than car repair labor! I know they had to come here which is out in the country but still for the amount of time it took it seems excessive. I will say their pricing was better than what the repair tech sent by Samsung quoted. I have a second issue with my water lines freezing. The only fix seems to be replacing the door which I don’t want to do. They gave me some possible fixes I will try and maybe that will save me some money.
