The technician, Scott, was at my house, first thing this morning.. He asked me what my clothes washer was doing and then he explained how he was going to diagnose the issue. In just a little while, he showed me exactly what was going on, offeted all of the possibilities, and asked what route i wanted to take. He was great . He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and thourough. I could not be more pleased and thanks to this great experience, i know exactly who i will call if the need ever arises.
