You're tech screwed me by telling the warranty company that my claim was abuse, when you can plainly tell was normal wear and tear. Opening a refrigerator door is normal, wasn't forced open and tell me how do you abuse a ice maker in a bottom freezer and so on. Thanks for screwing up my repair, cause they won't fix anything now. Had to pay 85 dollars for nothing

Did the diagnostic test for $119. Said “time sure you don’t want to repair it for $500 when you can get a new one for $650+. I told him I actually did want to repair it. He said he couldn’t repair it anyway because he doesn’t have the parts with him. Then insisted I had to pay the $119 for diagnosing the problem. Reported ti my bank to dispute the charge and to BBB for deceptive business practice.

120$ for these people to walk in and tell me they can’t do anything and then walk right out within about five minutes of time…… I would recommend trying to call someone local Who is More interested in doing everything they can to help instead of just getting a quick dollar….

I recently had one of the worst customer service experiences with this washing machine repair company. I was seeking an estimate to repair some cosmetic damages on my washer and dryer, which were accidentally damaged during my move. Since I needed this estimate for my insurance claim, I was willing to pay their fee of $120, which is quite steep for just an estimate. When I asked them to fill out a form required by my insurance company, the response was shockingly rude. The technician raised his voice and became aggressive, which left me feeling completely disrespected in my own home. I had no choice but to ask him to leave. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They are not only unprofessional but also cross the line into unacceptable behavior. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for appliance repair services.
