    Overall cost to install 2 windows too expensive The cost of siding also extremely expensive. Get back to me on the price and why windows cost 1500 $ each.

    This project started at the end of December 2016 and didn't finish until end of May 2017. The contractor used to install the siding was terrible, not reliable never knew when he would show up. When the Project manager sent someone out to fix the issues with the job after the contractor finished, they NEVER got it right. I finally got frustrated and signed off, as I didn't want the job to go on forever. I will NEVER use Sears again.

    I was not satisfied with the communication for the installation of the siding. I purchased in mid-March. The project was not complete until the end of May.. I called the project manager many times ...asking when will the project start. First time he said. "We are unloading your siding as we speak and we will be there Monday". Monday came ....nothing. I called that same week. He said, "We will be there again on Monday. No show again! I was tired of calling and I felt like I was getting the run

    Was not pleased with only one color put on house when contract stated two. The contractor covered up our porch screen strips so that it will be difficult to replace our screens on our porch when we need to. He did not ask us what we wanted to do here. Contractor stated he will fix it and we have still to hear from him. Otherwise, so far we were happy with his application even though someone had to come out to fix a fallen part. It took longer than we believed it should.

    We decided to go with Sears for the reputation. We did get cheaper quotes from other contractors but our decision to go with Sears was we didn't want any drama. But the very first day there was drama. Our quote included gutters and there was some confusion with the amount of new gutters. Not sure if it was due to the salesperson or project manager, but non the less there was drama. I tried to call the project manager and the sales person but didn't hear from either of them for several days. When

    There was no communication about my project after the initial appt unless I initiated it. Customer service was terrible when I did speak with someone and minimal call backs. I'm disappointed with Sears overall. Even the installer messed up the electric in my house and I had to call an electrician who I told to bill the installer. The installers answer to me was that he wasn't an electrician....so if he doesn't know how to deal with electrical boxes on the exterior of the house....why does he mes

    From the Sales Representative, we were extremely impressed with sincerity and honesty. From the Project Coordinator, we also appreciated his honesty as well along with his continued communication with us. However, what surprised us was that there was never a Sears Manager who was a field representative to look in on the workers to ensure that the work progress was up to par and to answer any questions from the customers.     The initial appointment was a bit hectic. The first interview failed to show up, and I was in the process of hiring someone else when Andrew stepped in to save the sale. From that point on everything went well. Casey's crew was tremendous. They showed up on time, and their work ethic was worthy of admiration. The finished product looks great. And a big plus- when they were finished they cleaned up the construction mess and hauled it away! My only complaint is that the cable TV and electrical
