    I was not very happy with the process. Between Sales, Coorndinator, and Installers. What a headache. I was planning on buy and doing more projects with Sear's But that's not going to happen.

    Over all things went well, the sales representative told use that if they didn't use the lumber that we would get a discount on the job. I saw that they did not use any of the lumber on the house because it was Masonite and the don't replace that. Still no discount was giving.

    I am a very dissatisfied customer. No one ever called us to check on the contractor who installed an air conditioner. It has been hot (88 degrees)in the house. We paid 4200 dollars for a new unit. I have called Sears, my husband has called Sears, we talked with the contractor. No one returns phone calls. I was told to do a job order or a work order which I did, but someone should be checking to make sure that the job was done correctly. If there is really someone on the other end of this
