you can have better communication with the sales rep and the office

After 2 no shows, I had to contact sales rep/coordinator to find out what was going on. After beginning installation, the project was left incomplete due to lack of material. It was a window project and it rained everyday after installation was started and not completed. I do not think I'll be going back to Sears for my future projects, even though I like the product.

Our sales Rep Dawn and our Installers were great

Install took less time than I expected. The crew showed up on time and went right to work before I knew the were done installing our 2 new AC units. Sat down and went over additional Sears paper work, which needed a couple places ok'd and everything was done. Thank you to the install crew and Sears for a job well done. Neil
