    Three days and incomplete installation. A second set of contractors had to come out on day 4 to correct and complete the job the first contractor left behind. Disappointed at the quality of work and time it took to complete. The second set of contractors were efficient and should have been sent out initially!

    I am very upset with the fact that the scheduler did not speak to be about the date and time of installation when she decided it was alright to leave me an email that the installation was going to occur the next day. I had spoke to her repeatedly about when it was going to be installed because the contract said a date of installation which did not occur. Also I was very displeased with the sales person for two reasons. One pushy as a used car salesperson about an immediate decision; the only

    there was not much communication from Al, the project coordinator. no confirmation of the install date or time, just from my sales rep, Matt. Also, I called Al after the install to let him know i felt the humidifier should have been sealed better to the trunk line. he said he would have the installer call me to come back and address my concern. that never happened and i had to reseal the humidifier myself. I feel a $15,000 job should have had a bit more involvement from the Sears staff, especial

    I am very disappointed with the level of customer service i received from the HVAC Team from sears. The install caused a large leak in my house and the sears team was more interested in making excuses for the leak than taking care of the leak. I had to leave work for three days to see someone from sears can fix the issue and the person that came out to my house was not communicating properly and left my house because i asked him to explain why i need to sign a form that states that i was respons
