    There are some things that are not completed. Our upper windows are not wrapped as per our purchase. I Left a message with the installer and waiting to hear back.

    The salesman, Mr. DeGrey was absolutely the very best I have met. You should give the man a raise and a promotion to the head of your department. He went the extra mile to service and make sure our HVAC needs were met. My regards to him and the team who hired him.

    I don't like any construction related company that ls driven by accountants. Dust developed by the shower remodeling was terrible.. Coordination on the Windows project was pathetic-a coordinator that doesn't carry a cell phone and doesn't return calls is unacceptable. I eventually had to go to the manufacture to get the requested information on the windows. Wincore was immediately and satisfactorily responsive. All in all, a poor, unsatisfactory experience. Especially considering that it was

    Kitchen flooder due to water line installed by installers. Received little support from project manager. After 2 weeks was finally told by him to contact flood control and have inspection and repairs and I would be reimbursed

    I do not know anything about roofs. Was not explained too me about unforeseen costs. Had I known this would be more then the estimated cost I would not have done it. Imagine coming home from the hospital after being there all week and having a voicemail stating that you owe 5000.00 more. There is also a matter of theft of materials that were not used but your workers took it with them, I`m sure I got billed for. Gonna pay for what I can but it will end up in chapter 7 when I file for social secu
