    Sears didn't have the color I wanted. I didn't have enough time to wait few more weeks. Regarding garter, the salesperson and the coordinator explained different. Most of the time, coordinator did not call me back promptly or not at all. It was very frustrated. I wasn't told the final price until the project was finished. The salesperson didn't told and didn't explain to me my house had Yankee garter so that you didn't replace until the project finish. He said you would change everything includi

    This project is not yet completed. There were numerous issues discovered once I installed my pulls and knobs as well as when I replaced my old range. I've reached out to the project coordinator for a plan and timeframe for resolving the remaining issues

    The installers, once they got here, did a terrific job. However, I felt I was out of the communication loop waiting for the project to start. I contracted with the sales rep on April 4th for the 2-3 week out project. After not hearing anything about the project, I called on Monday April 4th and was told the project would start on Thursday 04/27. A no-show on the 27th, I called on the 28 and was informed that truck delivering materials was being unloaded, and I would receive a call back presumab
