    I was told that a touch screen thermostat will be installed and when i saw what was installed after the job was a non touch screen cheap thermostat.

    Overall really good. Counters look great, the granite company was a breeze to work with and really personable, everyone showed up on time, however, for $8100 the plumber really shouldn't have installed 1.5" drain pipes on my sink with a hard kink in the p-trap that clogged in 2 weeks. Hopefully it gets resolved soon

    We love the windows but were disappointed in how we were treated and the lack of communication. We were told the project would take 2 to 3 days to complete so we took the time off from work. It rained the day of so we received a call stating they could not put the windows in. We asked about doing it the next day and we were told they were scheduled elsewhere so we had to reschedule. Per phone our conversation with the project coordinator, we schedule for May 12th because we were now told it woul

    This project started at the end of December 2016 and didn't finish until end of May 2017. The contractor used to install the siding was terrible, not reliable never knew when he would show up. When the Project manager sent someone out to fix the issues with the job after the contractor finished, they NEVER got it right. I finally got frustrated and signed off, as I didn't want the job to go on forever. I will NEVER use Sears again.

    Quality Assurance check! One window (out of 16) was the wrong size which is inexcusable and 15 business days for the return trip to install the replacement. Still waiting for the rep to return and install parts to secure one window.

    We had different companies to choose from, but, the sales rep Ed's presentation was what sold us on Sears. The installation was excellent. Can't say enough good things about Son!

    I was not satisfied with the communication for the installation of the siding. I purchased in mid-March. The project was not complete until the end of May.. I called the project manager many times ...asking when will the project start. First time he said. "We are unloading your siding as we speak and we will be there Monday". Monday came ....nothing. I called that same week. He said, "We will be there again on Monday. No show again! I was tired of calling and I felt like I was getting the run
