    The person who was to have been coordinating the project did not follow up with me as she said she would. I had to call her 3 times before I got her on the line. She never returned the calls where I left a message. She told me one start date then the crew showed up the very next day. The crew was fantastic. Answered questions my 11 yr old grandson had without any attitude or problems.

    Project took weeks to complete from start to finish while rain continued to penetrate the ceiling on the second floor outside of our bedrooms. Temporary tarp/covering should have been first priority to abate the water from coming in until a permanent solution could be agreed upon. Cost of this job, $ 16,000.00, dropped the jaws of family members when they found out that I signed the contract and that it took 9 hours, one day,8 A.M. to 5 P.M., to pay Sears the $ 16,000.00.

    The whole experience with Sears was and still is extremely disappointing. I was lied to by the sales rep named Ale about the pricing and who maintains the equipment for repairs. The AC unit does not cool my home as efficiently as my previous unit and it is extremely noise. I used to be a firm Sears believer for many years. We have been a Sears family for over 27 years. But I see the customer service and efficiency in the department store does not carry over into the home improvement side of the

    It seems that ship your way program must be used 90 days after issue it takes a few days to issue. Today I happened to visit Sears and use points only to told they had not been issued at this time funny as you have been paid and the work completed.
