    we had to rescheduled the instillation of the AC unit 3 times. sears associate failed to get a permit from township to install the unit.

    Lots of minor discrepancies with the work. The trimming was nailed onto the exist baseboard. Chunk of door frame removed and not replaced. Shoddy.

    Salesman claimed he was going to come back to inspect the installation; he did not. Electrician did very shoddy work patching hole he made in wall.
