    The first time the installers came, the floor they brought was the wrong size. It was 3 more weeks before the next installation could be scheduled.The salesman never contacted me about question I had about the cabinets which were sold to me with bronze knobs and didn't have any. Was I charged for something I didn't have? Chris from the office was respectful but not of much help in this area. She said she would ask salesperson to contact me.She may have but he didn't.

    I was told the installers would be here at 7:30, they arrived at 9:00. They did not communicated with me as to what they would be doing, as I was told they would. I had to go out and ask them. They did cover all the bushes/flowers and they did clean up well. Since they did the high part of the house I am not able to see much of it to tell if it is done well. No one from your company came to inspect as I was told they would. When the contractor came to pick up the dumpster I asked him to inspect

    I feel that I was misled regarding the cost and the components used for this project. I have made my concerns known as soon as they came up primarily working with the salesman that came to the house to provide the estimate and contract. The salesman worked very hard to be competitive with the estimate I got from McCarthy Services that was also for a Carrier system. He initially earned my confidence and trust by working well into the evening (~10pm) to scope the job and find a way to be bea

    While we love our countertops, this whole process was extremely stressful for us. There was a completel lack of communication between Sears, the sales rep and project team. We felt that once we signed the contract, we were locked in and no longer a priority since you had our money regardless. There was absolutely so follow up from our sales rep who preached to us about how he would be there for us the whole project and we be checking in on us as the project progressed.
