    The windows seem very nice. Although, we haven't gone through a winter yet to know how efficient they are. There were a few dents and scratches left behind in the wood trim for us to fill and repaint. We understand our old windows were difficult to remove. New trim was installed where necessary and was placed nicely. We will have to paint. The new trim in one of the rooms was stained to match current trim, which was nice. 4 plants were smashed by ladders, but Danny willingly paid for replacemen

    The sales rep and coordinator were absolutely amazing. The installer was horrible. I would never use him again. The moment he got here he seemed like he didn't want to be here, complained about things both days he was here and he just had a bad attitude.

    Was not pleased with only one color put on house when contract stated two. The contractor covered up our porch screen strips so that it will be difficult to replace our screens on our porch when we need to. He did not ask us what we wanted to do here. Contractor stated he will fix it and we have still to hear from him. Otherwise, so far we were happy with his application even though someone had to come out to fix a fallen part. It took longer than we believed it should.

    The first contractor they sent out did a terrible job and the whole thing had to be torn out and redone by another installer. The order was placed in February and not completed until June 2nd. I've been a Sears customer over 20 years, but I am disappointed because of what, I went through and I don't think, I would use them for another project. The project manager and team worked with me. I feel that Sears should give me a 30% discount due to all the aggregation I went through.

    The pantry is very close to the color to my other cabinets and the hardware too. It just took a long time to be available-around 3 months. Thank you, I was very satisfied with all of it.

    I had to wait an additional 3 weeks due to wrong window measurements submitted. In addition, no contact from project manager about an update, I had to call in several times then finally heard from the Field Director. No one answered questions of about Sears' customer satisfaction policy and making things right with the customer. The only bright spot in my service was the contract installation process.
