    That price was significantly higher than any other quote I received for AC. Other than that pricing it was nothing but awesome service and an awesome installation. Great professional people too.

    The project coordinator that was assigned was unavailable and did not return my calls or emails. I had to contact the project coordinator in charge of my roofing project to get things done in a timely manner.

    The AC installation in my home by SEARS was a nightmare. Phone calls and emails were not answered, the wrong parts were installed, the dehumidifier did not work and appointments were not kept. Finally, after more than a month and calls to Sears Corporate headquarters,our project was completed.

    The only big problem was I paid extra for a media air filter and they didn't install it, and also lied to me saying it was installed. This issue needs to be resolved ASAP
