    Initial Sales rep visit was in March May the wrong sized sliding doors were delived. July 5 the job was completed. Communication was very spotty.

    It took almost 6 weeks to get this done. It was questionable whether the sales rep ordered the equipment. I received a call from the people that were installing it because they thought I had the equipment and I told them I didn't. I then called/emailed my Sears rep WHO did not respond. I then called the district manager and he was the one that called. The equipment could not be found and/or sent to the wrong place and the district manager, Andy, reordered the equipment.
