    The carpet that was ordered was much lighter than the carpet that was chosen with the sales representative. All appointments that were scheduled were last minute giving little time for preparations to be made so that someone would be available to meet the technicians. The communication was lacking after the initial sales appointment.

    The initial sales person told me I had furnaces and I thought I had a heat pump. It turned out I was right! I also had unorthodox funding and the second salesperson worked with me on that.

    No CF-1R and CF-2R documents delivered with Project. Can't get inspection W/O them. Can't start warranty with out them. :(
