    By not being able to get another estimate, I'm sure I paid more than I needed to but I'm happy that it's done. I was told the price quoted was for 1 day only.

    Everyone involved with this project was quite knowledgeable and professional. It took a few hours more than I anticipated due to the extreme heat in the attic.

    I am a very dissatisfied customer. No one ever called us to check on the contractor who installed an air conditioner. It has been hot (88 degrees)in the house. We paid 4200 dollars for a new unit. I have called Sears, my husband has called Sears, we talked with the contractor. No one returns phone calls. I was told to do a job order or a work order which I did, but someone should be checking to make sure that the job was done correctly. If there is really someone on the other end of this
