    That price was significantly higher than any other quote I received for AC. Other than that pricing it was nothing but awesome service and an awesome installation. Great professional people too.

    It took over 8 hours to install (and I was told it would take 4) and the installation team broke one of the steps on my deck.

    The only big problem was I paid extra for a media air filter and they didn't install it, and also lied to me saying it was installed. This issue needs to be resolved ASAP

    The AC installation in my home by SEARS was a nightmare. Phone calls and emails were not answered, the wrong parts were installed, the dehumidifier did not work and appointments were not kept. Finally, after more than a month and calls to Sears Corporate headquarters,our project was completed.
