Ramon did NOT FIX my washer. He didn't even know how to get to the drain pump on my Whirlpool Duet washer. He said it would cost a price but when I saw my charge on my card it was higher. I'm very disappointed in Sears Service 👎

Not Fixed

Dryer is still broken, technician came and installed the belt but still not working. This is the 4 technician that has been called. The 1st technician placed the belt on wrong broke it.

Broken ice maker

Unable to see a loose screw

My freezer drawer on a whirlpool French drawer would not flush. Tech came out and took compartments out (thanks, now I can give freezer a good cleaning). Anyway, immediately after he left, the drawer would not flush. So I took all components out and took a good look, after being frustrated and trying different things, I noticed some loose parts with loose screws, one of those screws was stopping the glide rail from being free. I tightened screw and all is good now

Horrible service

Got email and text message confirming appointment with service window from 1-5pm for 28Jul 2023 today. Waited until 5:20pm. Technician did not show up. Did not receive a courtesy call informing of a delay or cancelled appointment. Technician was supposed to diagnose a refrigerator. The refrigerator is still not fixed, even after 5 service appointments conducted by Sears already. It is apparent that it cannot be fixed at this point and Sears needs to request a replacement unit from the home warranty insurance company. Sears service so far has been disappointing. Have been waiting for a fix from Sears since early May!!!

Washing machine nightmare

A technician came today and fixed our washing machine, or so I thought. I started washing a load only to find water spraying out the back of the washing machine. It only needed a top loader closing piece fixed-it never leaked. Now I'm waiting again on another technician to fix whatever the first tech messes up.

Fridge/Freezer repair

This is the 2nd time he has had to come out. Seems unsure of what is going on with the fridge. On the phone several times asking questions. Says it should be fixed for a couple of years....what does that even mean? Not confident he won't be out a third time in which we will request someone else. My mother was at the appointment for me and he offered for himself to stay the night with her and check the fridge in the morning to make sure it was still working ok.

No one came out

Someone just closed the ticket, no one came. This is the second time this has happened. My understanding is that if the unit cannot be repaired in four visits it is a lemon and must be replaced. Is this accurate? Two more ticket close outs and I have a lemon?
