Sears didn't fix my refrigerator

My refrig doesn't cool down. First technician came and said fan was broken. In over 10 days another technician came to replace the fan. However the refrig still not cool down.

This service receive an F the problem was never solved. We are being told one thing by the technician and when I call pc Richard I'm told something else. I'm calling better business bureau. Again I give this service an FF x2

Tech great, service bad

Tech was good and fixed the dryer. Sears is terrible! Have us an 8 hour service window then 20 minutes notice. No phone to call. Everything has to be done online. Not a good service company

Refrigerator ice maker

Washing machine has not been repaired

no technician showed up at my house no phone call or text and my washing machine is still not repaired and the parts are still in the boxes beside the washing machine.

No working washer

Third time coming out. First time said it was too many suds, had to have them come out again ordered a piece, came out, replaced the piece. He stated The washer was working great went to use the washer and it's still running the same code that was running day one. Two months without a washer with the same error code from the very first visit. Very frustrating.

Lack of knowledge and sincerity

Scott S, was the first person to diagnose the issue. He order the control board and the icemaker parts. When they arrived he replaced them He did not check if the board was giving any error messages., My refrigerator stopped working totally. He was also taking away all my removed parts which I denied. However he still took away the original removed control board. After that another technician came and he did not understand why the control board was replaced and saw that the replaced control board was not working and ordered another one. Again third visit was by Scott and he replaced with the newly ordered control board that too did not work. I asked him to see if he has my original control board and he did have it in his truck and replace it and the refrigerator started working but the ice maker is still not working. He did not do thorough checking and told me he has to take away the old parts which I refused. I had a break down of the refrigerator for 3 weeks and had to throw away all the food worth $400-500. Now also the orginal problem is not solved. Scott had a very casual approach to solving the problem and did not pay attention to a lot of things. Sears Home Service customer service is horrible and lock you down from talking anyone. The call by phone system is such that it will not let you talk to anyone if your appointment is schedule and will not let you give any feedback. I will never recommend Sear Home Service to anyone. The control board charges have to be reimbursed. I have to put a food loss claim. And also claim back the charges for all the parts and services' if the icemaker is not repaired satisfactorily. I am currently in this process of putting my claim and have wasted many hours so far.

Incomplete

Mohammed did not fix the issue with our dryer because he only stuck around for about 10 minutes total. I put a load in shortly after he left and kept it purposefully small and it immediately started squeaking like before. He was immediately uncomfortable with our geriatric dog and seemingly wanted to get out of our house as fast as possible. Seemed nice enough but it was frustrating to say the least.

Tech told me the washer is fix and he tested it and everything was great. He I put laundry in and it is not working. He said he tested and that was a lie because my washer was bone dry on the inside when I opened the door. I'm not happy and he needs to come back today and make it right. Donna

Refrigerator/parts replaced

Jeremiah did a very poor pist job doing replacing the part in my refrigerator.The part was installed incorrectly and that made my shelves were not able to line up correctly.I felt he rushed the job and he did not care he picked his bag up and left abruptly.,without trying to rectify.
