Exceptional
Tim was courteous and professional from the start. It was a rainy day and the first thing he did was wipe his boots on the mat. He serviced the washing machine and while he was unable to recreate the issue, he suggested ways to monitor the issue if he came up and again. He left the area neat and clean. Great service and represented himself and the company well!

Review of product issue
3rd visit for a part on my refrig. Saul has spend much time on investigating as to why we're not getting the correct part. He opened up a case for the part and someone cancelled the investigation. Good technician in support of the customer who is increasingly getting frustrated with Sears

John was excellent, knowledgeable, professional, explained everything, solved all issues. He was a very good listener, made you feel like you were important and he was there for you. I hope if we need him again, we will get him. We would rate him 1-10(10 being the best serviceman). He would be a 10+

Once Leonard figured out what was wrong, he got right after it ordering a part and then coming back to install it. He made sure to show us what was wrong with the old part and he cleaned up the work space afterwards. He was personable and fun to have around!!! Thanks, Sears.
